We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales and deliver an excellent buying experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom inquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance
- Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into sales
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
- 1–3 years of experience in Automobile Sales / Retail Sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Passion for automobiles and sales
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Car Sales, Two-Wheeler Sales, Commercial Vehicle Sales
- Knowledge of financing, insurance, and RTO processes
- Prior experience in automobile dealerships
